"Decent idea, but I was kind of let down"
I wanted to like Curated, and at first I did. The expert seemed friendly and I thought the whole setup was cool. But after a bit, the replies started taking longer, and the recommendations felt sort of random, like maybe they skimmed what I said instead of really paying attention. I mean, it wasn’t terrible or anything, but also I was like... okay, this isn’t really saving me that much effort. The prices didn’t seem especially amazing either. It worked fine enough, I guess, but I expected a more helpful experience for the time I put into it.

I sent my boots back and had the new pair quickly. it felt like they might’ve processed the exchange the second it hit the mail, though I’m just guessing. Either way, no hassle at all.

I gave curated.com a try because I figured it might help me score a better deal, but the prices were higher than other sites I looked at. The advice was fine, nothing terrible, but it didn’t feel worth paying extra for. I kinda felt like I could’ve just done the searching myself and saved some money.

The expert I spoke with was genuinely helpful and gave me good advice, and the prices seemed reasonable. That said, the checkout process was more confusing than it needed to be, which was a little annoying. Still, I appreciate the help I got.

The person I spoke with was friendly enough, but the back-and-forth was slow and I had to repeat myself a couple times. What got a little annoying was the canned apology responses — like, I get it, but saying “sorry for the inconvenience” over and over doesn’t really help if nothing moves faster. It did get sorted out in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

I had a good experience with Curated. I asked quite a few questions and they always got back to me quickly, even when I changed my mind a couple of times. The advice felt useful and made the whole shopping process a lot less frustrating. It wasn’t perfect, but overall I’d say it’s worth checking out if you want a little extra guidance.

Curated was decent overall, and I did appreciate how the questions made me feel like I was getting pointed in the right direction. That part was reassuring, especially when I wasn’t totally sure what I wanted yet. But the site itself didn’t feel super smooth, and a few pages loaded slowly enough that I started to get a little impatient.
Once I figured out the layout, it was easy to use, but at first it felt kind of busy and I found myself clicking around more than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as effortless as I hoped. I think I’d feel better about using it again if the website were cleaned up and made a bit simpler

I gave curated.com a try because I was hoping to find a solid deal, but the discounts were kind of underwhelming.
A few prices looked good at first, but once I checked other sites, they weren't actually much cheaper. Some of the deals also had limited options, so it didn't feel all that useful.
Anyway... the site itself was easy enough to use, but I was expecting better savings than what I found.

I tried Curated and the expert I talked to was friendly and quick to send over a few options. I liked that it felt like chatting with a real person, but I did find myself wishing the process was explained a little more clearly from the start.
The prices seemed reasonable, and the recommendations were useful, but I wasn’t totally sure how much was based on my needs versus how the products are selected or promoted. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, I just expected more upfront instructions and transparency along the way.

I tried curated.com hoping to get some personalized picks, but it wasn’t very helpful. I even showed the suggestions to my brother, and we both felt like they didn’t really match what I’d said I was looking for. The whole thing felt a bit rushed, like the goal was just to get me to buy something quickly. I ended up doing my own research anyway, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

Umm, my order ended up showing up way later than expected, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. It was frustrating, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

They did end up helping me, so I’ll give them credit for that. But the replies took a while, and I had to explain the same issue twice, which got a little frustrating. For what I’m paying, I was expecting a quicker and smoother support experience

"Terrible advice, total waste of time"
I don’t know who thought their gear recommendation made sense, but it was completely wrong for my setup. Like, not even close. I had to return everything and start from scratch, which was just a dumb waste of time. Frustrating experience, honestly...
